Providing Crucial Support

Our firm's entire operation has been optimized, from scheduling and customer data management to providing excellent care. The range of tools and easy-to-use platform enable us to concentrate on what really matters: our clients. Although there were rare glitches and an initial learning curve, Central Reach's unwavering creativity and commitment to our unique needs enable us to stay ahead of the curve.

One year in, still a huge fan.

Printing notes for audits is still a big pain point, even if the program has made other billing processes much simpler and the support staff is top-notch. It's more cumbersome and time-consuming than our old system. Everything else, on the other hand, goes quite easily: billing, filing claims, and following up are all simple tasks.
