Smooth Transition and Reporting

Although my experience with SurePayroll spans only two months, it seems like a suitable payroll solution for small businesses with only a few employees, once you work out the initial kinks.

Pros

I appreciate the user-friendly reporting features in SurePayroll, especially the ability to generate reports and view graphs.

Cons

Slow Setup and Inconsistent Support .

Aggressive Sales Tactics and Customer Service Issues

To put it plainly, my experience with this service was terrible. I would strongly advise against using their services, and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Pros

It was relatively easy to use, and even my employees found the interface likable.

Cons

My experience with this service was overshadowed by their aggressive sales approach and inadequate customer service, particularly regarding tax filings
This left me with a negative overall impression, and I cannot recommend their services.
