A customer-oriented company whose experience has been great

HenningSoftware Inc. has been a great business partner, who has been remarkably helpful and dedicated to pre-sale demonstrations and conversations. We have benefited from the win-win scenario as their investment in our pre-sale due-diligence has paid off for the two of us. We currently have a worthwhile software for an affordable fee which will get our manufacturing floor into real-time processing and lot control and generate efficiencies that we wouldn't achieve with the bulky and very constraining Vista.

Pros

Very logical software, very transparent reporting, provide lot control and item sequencing within manufacturing, allows for numerous methods of doing things, and it allows for customization of how we come to an endpoint, which has been really helpful in quoting and pricing too
We settled on EstiTrack as it provided the majority of what we could use straight away and later too.
