Details

ComputerEase ERP is a solution developed specifically for construction firms and contractors and addresses the unique challenges of the construction industry.

One of the major issues faced by the construction industry is in accounting, budgeting and costs management. ComputerEase helps businesses control costs from spiraling: with ComputerEase ERP it is possible to estimate project budgets accurately so that profits can be calculated accurately and the right decisions taken.  The solution is highly flexible and scalable and can grow with the company. ComputerEase ERP has wide range of unique features which make it one of the leading software solutions for the construction industry.

Key Features

Accounts Payable: ComputerEase ERP’s accounts payable module consists of extensive list of features such as General Ledger, Payroll, Job Cost, etc. It addresses almost all the needs of the contractors. From a single input screen, it is possible to track all vendors and subcontractors, at scheduled intervals . It also removes any errors of duplicate costs and duplicate invoices.

Bid Day: ComputerEase ERP’s Bid Management solution helps contractors in various contract-related activities, such as tracking bid requests sent to vendors, monitoring vendor responses, identifying the lowest bid received, etc. The solution can also be used to compare bids against the company’s estimates. Deadlines can be managed better and a bid schedule can be maintained. The solution essentially streamlines the bid processes and makes it easy to award contracts to the right vendors.

Accounts Receivables: With the solution, it is possible to generate standard invoices, American Institute of Architects Invoices, and manage unit price, time and inventory.  This module is fully integrated with Job Cost, Purchase Order Control, Equipment Cost, Contract Processing and Inventory module.

Job Costing: ComputerEase's Job Cost module helps track current jobs. Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Equipment Costing, and Inventory all contribute data and information to the Job Costing module. This makes it easy to monitor costs, measure profits and stay within budget.
