Envizi PD Review

There are some issues that need to be addressed so that the viewing and reporting options can improve. It meets most of the other requirements though.

Pros
  • This software is very good for client relationship management
  • It provides the tools necessary within a good CRM
  • The user interface is not only simple and solid, but it is also instinctual in nature as well
  • The dashboard is easy to understand.
Cons
  • There are some general issues with the software and some specific ones which only become obvious to a user after seeing it
  • Specifically speaking, for example, PD does not log field changes
  • On other parts, where it does, a report cannot be generated for lack of such access
  • This is certainly a flaw from a reporting standpoint
  • The overtime progress cannot be reported either due to the same fact
  • The reporting is thus limited to a picture of those present
  • PD only has the description and title of the agenda once the agenda is closed
  • The agenda type indicator, which was present at the time of agenda generation, disappears once the agenda is complete
  • The changes in price for a given product as part of a sales deal does not update or add up automatically at the time the update is made to that product
  • The lack of logging of data on field changes does make some reporting difficult.
