First created for Google applications, Insightly was set up with complete integration of Google applications. Unlike some other CRM systems, Insightly is easy to install and navigate in, allowing users to obtain relevant information quickly. Insightly offers an entirely free version (limited to 2 users). The standard version is $12 per person, with unlimited users. An enterprise version is also available with unlimited records.

If you do not use google application, you can also use the Insightly web application. You simply register on the website and can be ready to start in seconds. Insightly is especially useful because it can bind different information together; employees, their employer, project-related emails, tasks and opportunities are all intuitively linked so you can navigate between them with simple clicks.
