In order to share, access, manage, and store all of your brand’s many assets, Brandfolder is a digital asset management service that gives you a single collaborative space for your entire team. It starts with a basic visual platform that makes it easy to find different file types based on icon, group assets by using common tags, and upload assets from other storage areas like Dropbox or your computer’s hard drive. And Brandfolder also knows how important it is for you to protect your assets. Permission can be toggled at any time. You can add private folders quickly, define levels of user access, create password requirements for some folders but not others, and allow some users to only see assets rather than download or edit them.

Brandfolder allows users to clean up their email and keep workflows moving efficiently by sharing just a simple link to connect everyone to the right asset for their assignment. Brandfolder will convert image files to other file types, including vector to raster, and resize files in a snap. It’s also easy to embed an asset so that when you’ve updated it in the Brandfolder, it updates on your websites as well. There’s plenty of recording tools to keep you up to date on who is accessing what folders, how they are using them, and who received notifications for changes.

Brandfolder isn’t just for a single brand. With the dashboard, you can organize multiple brands into folders, and utilize all of the digital asset management tools for each brand. Freelancers, entrepreneurs, and temp or substitute employees can all manage their many tasks from a single interface. Finally, Brandfolder makes it easy to connect to workflow apps like Slack, and the API is flexible enough to allow users to develop connections to their favorite third-party apps.
