Shelf met all the requirements we were looking for in an archiving software that: was easy to fine, easy to work with for our clients, would package our organizations online and offline resources into a value add, etc. Also, Shelf offers us a method to store resources and thereafter give in a safe walled off garden to enable those resources to be harvested by our client’s just the same way valuable search options are offered by Google.

• It is transformational to have a Google like generated software of grouping and arranging offline/online material into a single cloud platform
• You’re walked through the learning curve by the shelf client onboarding, tagging is an art
• It has an amazing thumbnail display that quickly shortens the final mile of the search after giving a visual reference to the things searched for
• It increases the worth by growing and being harvested in “our walled garden” by our clients by: letting the end user to look through tags then find, view, and download any and every material pertinent to our bond with them thereby increasing the entire “findability” and worth of our resources
• Also, we’re able to upload new material, tag with accurate genre pertinent tags and “push out” the content automatically for material that is genre specific.
