NextOS is pretty easy to learn and offers lots of tools

This software’s usability has been great. Also, its robust nature is great despite having used it for just a few months. It has great reporting functionality too which has really helped our business- we can now acknowledge our well-performing staff.

Pros
  • Monitoring each client’s communication with us is possible, the effectiveness of our support staff has increased, the reporting has really helped our team leaders- they’re currently able to run their personal reports, every information we need from the system is captured by the CRM, it has a great survey function, and we’re able to be more effective by using the data it provides.
Cons
  • Familiarizing with this software was challenging for our staff.
