Overview

Growing business become easy with ICTBroadcast’s unified communications solution for call center, B2B and telemarketing strategies. By offering a comprehensive broadcasting platform that offers voice, SMS, Email and Fax support, service providers become all-around experts in customer care and outreach. VoIP and PTSN options offer exponential scalability that can support up to thousands of calls at once, applicable to most common business scenarios. With a simple UI, dependable service, and a world-class web portal for user convenience, ICTBroadcast’s software is the ideal solution for the business that seeks to master positive and professional communications with an eye towards future expansion.

Campaign Control via the Web

ICTBroadcast gives businesses the ability to manage multiple campaigns and scenarios with separate web portal interfaces for administrators and users. Any representative can manage multiple campaigns and run independently of other team members, allowing marketing strategies to be executed quickly without the complicated bureaucracies that often arise in traditional methods of control. This does not mean that quality and oversight is sacrificed–administrators are able to monitor the activities of users and resources to ensure business goals are still being met without interfering with individuals unless need be.

Powerful Custom Packages for Multiple Needs

Two robust packages are offered for different business models: ICTBroadcast Enterprise Edition and ICTBroadcast Service Provider Edition. Enterprise Edition provides all the tools needed for an organization focusing on marketing, internal communications, and sales management in any industry, with all the features previously expanded on and including filters for DNC (do not call) to comply with state and federal regulations. The Service Provider package is calibrated to service-oriented businesses that emphasize B2B telemarketing and aim to optimize their productivity. This is achieved through automation of repetitive and mundane tasks that gives agents more time to do what they are best at.
