Operating is was fairly simple, its feature packed, and compared to other CRM systems, it was much simpler and easier.

I love that it is not server-based because of all of our data will be guaranteed secure and easy to access. It's a great program to have especially for small companies.

I haven't been using this for a long time so as of this moment I really haven't encountered anything that I didn't like. It's just superb!

The program is user-friendly and has the capability to help me track all of our financial processes. The printouts I get whenever I want to look at specific areas are simple and clear as well.

The only problem I have is that it is very difficult to link to a non-profit donor tracking program. But besides that, the system is good.
