In overall terms, I am fond of the software, but I would prefer more integration between the many parts utilized by doctors, nurses, and office managers, as well as more alerts to identify essential information that is lacking when creating an EMR chart. Also unhelpful is the assistance section.

Raintree's ability to seamlessly manage client receivables, especially in the realm of Physical and Rehabilitation Health, has been a significant asset in my role.
Auto-appointment scheduling for MDs, real-time eligibility checks for patient insurance coverage, and an efficient auto charge entry system.
It could potentially expand its offerings to cater to other medical fields as well.
The training at Athena is the worst. They do not employ any doctor to help out during the training. The project managers conduct training in a quick manner, which is not much helpful. The descriptors are also mislabeled. The entire training was a bad experience.
Order sets or Doctor's orders could be created which includes perfect diagnosis, Xrays, labs, etc. which would not only save time but also keep a record for later use. Controlled medications could also be e-prescribed with the help of an iPhone.
We are not at all satisfied with the service provided. We would be embarrassed to run a company like Athena. They are insanely overpriced. They don't even use medical terms and most of the terms are computer words and phrases. We are looking for an alternative to Athena.
