Newton functions for what it publicizes.

Ability to post internally and publically, and it has great templates options for messages plus a delayed rejection email.

Poor formatting, impossibility of enlarging a resume without it occupying the whole screen, and navigating from candidate to candidates list is inconvenient.

Problems are always present and resolving them takes long.

Logging in and moving around the system is easy. Clicking everything is simple as it is clear.

Easy to use for my payroll, modest, ability to alter staff hours or wages each week by logging into their web portal, payroll processing is extremely fast, having a reoccurring payroll payment to the salary staff every two weeks was easy, it sends the staff all their data for their direct deposits, and the staff can login to view their details. Client support is second to none and extremely useful, and during year end the taxes and forms paperwork is all taken care of on your behalf as they automatically send out the W2s to their staff.

The service fee is high compared to majority of the payroll services.
