We aren’t guaranteed a better solution if we abandon this one and the work involved would be too much. Presently, this is a great software.
Fast-to-understand software, it complies with HIPAA.
We only use a few features but pay for many more which we don’t utilize, errors of running out of memory frequently occur, and few operations are quite outdated.
A wonderful software that can be used by the patient and the doctors both. Billing is great. It helped me to keep track of everything I needed.
I love this app!
This system is smart and its particulars of multidisciplinary roles are multiple.
Data and service diversity, numerous functions integrations within the similar system.
For huge amounts of data managed in the system, it is not user friendly. The data cells are way too many.
The training at Athena is the worst. They do not employ any doctor to help out during the training. The project managers conduct training in a quick manner, which is not much helpful. The descriptors are also mislabeled. The entire training was a bad experience.
Order sets or Doctor's orders could be created which includes perfect diagnosis, Xrays, labs, etc. which would not only save time but also keep a record for later use. Controlled medications could also be e-prescribed with the help of an iPhone.
We are not at all satisfied with the service provided. We would be embarrassed to run a company like Athena. They are insanely overpriced. They don't even use medical terms and most of the terms are computer words and phrases. We are looking for an alternative to Athena.
