We were in search of a task management and project management software when we came across Kanbanchi. As we rely mostly on Gsuite, Kanbanchi is suited for us.

This is excellent software. It helps the company to be efficient and collaborative with the tasks. It facilitates teamwork and people can work together on projects. There is more accountability with the due dates and visibility. Kanbanchi is also integrated with G-suite. We can also save the project on Google Drive.

There is no mobile version of Kanbanchi, which is unfortunate as it would help a lot of users like me on the go. Also, an essential feature like a Gantt chart which is very useful is only available in the premium version.

So simple to work with, it is free, uploading attachments is simple, it links well with Google Drive, and its drag and drop tools are great.

A mobile app is lacking.
