I've been using FINSYNC for payroll processing and so far I've been very impressed. They may be cost effective but the service definitely does not fall short and I will continue to use them for my businesses. Not only is their interface user friendly, but even when I have a question I can receive and answer within
minutes via phone or email from local friendly people.

My experience with FINSYNC has been nothing but 5 star. The customer service, support, and relationship that has developed over the short period of time using the software has been phenomenal. For all of my businesses I feel comfortable, and confident knowing that I have Finsync. All of the above is the reason i believe I will stay with the company for all of my accounting needs. Easy to use for my payroll, modest, ability to alter staff hours or wages each week by logging into their web portal, payroll processing is extremely fast, having a reoccurring payroll payment to the salary staff every two weeks was easy, it sends the staff all their data for their direct deposits, and the staff can login to view their details. Client support is second to none and extremely useful, and during year end the taxes and forms paperwork is all taken care of on your behalf as they automatically send out the W2s to their staff.
The service fee is high compared to majority of the payroll services.
