This program is absolutely fantastic. It has a report on just about anything and everything you need for your business.

It can be very daunting if it's your first time to use an ERP system. But once you learn how the program works, you'll surely be able to use it easily.

This program helped us achieve our goals to centralize all functions into a single system and to improve our quoting function efficiency.

The software boasts a set of amazing features. It can be used for customizing and configuration of different processes to improve the overall productivity. To make it even better, I heard Version 10 is even more feature-packed.

The scheduling module of the system is pretty bad. The level of support of the program is also dismal and expensive.

The presence of dedicated customer service representatives has also been a pleasant surprise, as it's not always common for companies to provide such personalized support for businesses of our size.

One area where I've encountered challenges is in requesting certain reporting changes or addressing errors that are not considered a priority by UKG, the parent company of Paypro. This has resulted in a lack of communication and delays in receiving regular updates, which can be frustrating.

Regenerate response

One of the standout features of Paypro Workforce Management is its efficiency in processing payroll. Compared to our previous company, I can now complete our payroll in less than half the time. The process is seamless and hassle-free. Moreover, whenever there is an issue, the Paypro team is always available to provide assistance and support.

The only drawback I have experienced is occasionally having difficulty reaching someone over the phone. However, I must commend the staff for their prompt responses and quick assistance when contacted through other means of communication.
