Shadow Tracker provided a firm, cheap method to monitor our small fleet because we pay per truck. Also, since the tracking and data storage is readily available and doesn’t need any thought, we’ve considered adding trackers to more trucks.
Digesting the information is simple, it is simple to get a snapshot of driving behavior and both routes thanks to the fast view of driver speeds on the map using colors to display speed ranges, depending on your desires intervals, you can track stops, ability to track drivers on the fly thanks to the exceptional phone app feature, we monitor our small fleet in an economical manner, and adding Geofences can offer a sense of safety when trucks are packed for a whole weekend or evening and allows alerts pertinent to designated places.
Partially intuitive UI, a rather outdated layout.
Like most software development companies, the ManagerPlus seems to lack attention that it should get so that the clients could get the best experience from using it.
There are some good functions in this software. One thing that stands out as a positive is how maintenance management work is made somewhat easy in this software. Even though lacking in its functionality, they do have a mobile app which requires improvement.
In ManagerPlus, there is a need for improving the basic software. The company has been installing updates which are supposed to enhance the functionality of the software. However, this has been nothing more than a futile exercise. After every update, the software is less user-friendly. It also seems to become bulkier and slower in processing. The company claims to make any customization to provide you a solution by your needs. This has yet to work. The customization is also heavy on your pocket. The poor client support service and the bulky software are not making a great combination.
The client service is very horrible. I wouldn’t propose this software to any person at all.
The equipment is free.
Has a standard, non-web-based UI, tech support is terrible, and you have to use the tracker they ship to you as changing your contract or sending it back is not possible.
