This software is very easy to use, customer service is very fast to respond, we are allowed to automate importing payroll transaction into GL.

Setting up the start dates from the HR module, and additional automation is a bit hard.

APS is a good solution for anyone looking to streamline their payroll process. The initial integration can be challenging, but once you get the hang of it, the software is very user-friendly and efficient.

The customer service is excellent, and I appreciate the ease of access to the portal.

There are occasional issues with the portal not functioning properly. Additionally, I would like to see additional features like helpful pop-ups to make navigating the website easier.

QB is fairly okay. I would be a contented customer if they’d make their upgrades a simpler transition and invent an inventory conversion plan that is simple.

It is user friendly, updating your system after getting the upgrades is possible, and it is possible to delete and redo a wrongly done transaction.

Moving to QB for inventory from POS has no simple method, we always have a problem with our bank downloads every time there is an upgrade.

It is very easy, it is very cheap, and it can be used by both a novice and advanced user thanks to its ease of use.

Poor client service-delayed response.
