We moved to a disparate software set as there were multiple extraneous features not applicable to our practice while we searched for software to store printable SOAP charts and digital medical records for our medical massage therapy patients.
Reading the interface is simple, navigating landing pages is easy, getting via menus is simple, and colors pop.
For our practice, it was inappropriate or helpful.
You need to spend a sufficient amount of time to install it and learn to work on it.
A very long time is required in setting it up. Workflow is quite unstable.
At the beginning is only when I managed to contact client service. I never managed to get aid setting up my e-prescribing after signing the year contract. When paying for the monthly fee, I wasn’t able to use it for the whole year.
Signing the contract was eased and made friendly as it’s among the cheaper solutions.
Client support is terrible, setting up and using e-prescribe is not possible, client service were unreachable after cancellation (upon dislike) of the prescription during the first year which is under contract.
Its speed is amazing and it was fast and simple to alter a staff’s password/unlock a staff’s account.
It is very dated.
