A robust program

Greenhouse is a great platform that has a lot of uses, from scorecards customizations to automatic reminders for the interviewers. It's been a great help to our company.

Pros

This software is fantastic
Creating job requirements and job posts is a breeze; you can also customize the scoreboard
Learning the steps in using the platform is surprisingly easy; customer support is always there whenever you have a problem.

Cons

The report customization isn’t always easy, and it doesn’t pop up sometimes
It would be great if the metrics can identify the people that have the most jobs in the company.
