  • The recruiting module of BirdDogHR includes diversity tracking so that the organization is OFCCP compliant, applicant scoring and custom career pages with organization branding, and ability to post to various job boards. It is also possible to generate customized questionnaires to screen candidates. The email system has multiple custom templates so that tailored emails can be created for outreach campaigns.
