WH: What are your top three best sources of leads in terms of generating a high volume, or quantity, of good leads?

RK:

WH: What marketing methods do you do yourself and what made you decide to outsource lead generation to Wheelhouse?

RK: We do a considerable amount of SEO and PPC, and we market to our installed base and current prospects through regular email campaigns.

We decided to work with Wheelhouse to meet additional buyers beyond who we were meeting through our own marketing efforts. In addition, I like Wheelhouse because of the favorable risk-to-reward ratio and no up front costs.

WH: What are the average sales cycle times for each of your lead sources?

RK:

  • Product specific buyers who come to us through a Google ad: 45 days

WH: What do you like the most about your Wheelhouse leads?

RK: First, they are generally quite accurate. We get very few bogus leads. The information provided is rich in comparison to what your competitors provide. Generally, the customer is less of a price shopper than other sources.

Some of our highest quality leads come from Wheelhouse. We are a relatively small company and I see every lead that comes in and every sale that’s made. Wheelhouse leads have a good close rate and the quality of customer is typically quite high.
